The True Fine Wines that were served at this “Wine Magic Event” are:
- Adele Zinfandel
- Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
- More Than Muse Rose’
- Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
- Ricord Merlot
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
They were given wine to taste throughout the “EVENT”. As they tasted each Wine they could either rinse the wine glass out and wipe it dry or get a new wine glass for each tasting. Throughout the evening the quests really Enjoyed the Wine Tasting Event. They were able to experience this in all sorts of combinations.
Next came the Food! The following is a list of Food that was served.
- Charcuterie Board: Salty Meats, such as Ham, Peperoni, and Salami. Savory Meats, like Turkey and Beef that were anywhere from plain or seasoned. Olives and Capers and some Jams or Preserves. Nuts consists of Almonds, Cashews, and Pecans. Melons which consists of Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Watermelon. Kiwi Slices and Apple Slices (Granny Smith).
- Appetizers and Starters: Salad along with Appetizers, like Skewered Barbequed Shrimp. The salad was a light Garden Salad or a Caesar Salad. Some like to enjoy the salad with no dressing, just the True Fine Wine. Others like some good ole Blue Cheese or the Caesar Dressing because it really brings out the taste of the Wine.
- Main Course: This consisted of a type of fish or steak. Fish was Barramundi or Salmon. Beef was Roast, Prime Rib, or Steak that were Barbequed. Salt and Pepper were used on the meat in order to Blend Well with the True Fine Wines.
- Desserts: Chocolate Cake. When pairing the Dark Chocolate with a Merlot Fine Wine you get a savory taste that you won’t forget. And then there was the Chocolate Plate.

- Wines: You start your tasting with the lights and go to the heavies. With the Charcuterie Board you drink the Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’. You will enjoy the flavor combination as it opens your tasting pallets whether you are new or experienced.
- Starters: The Nile Eddy Pinot Noir were the wines to taste with the Salads and Shrimp. The Red Wines are most peoples favorite Wines.
- Mains: By this time the Wine Magic is starting. With the Fish and Steak they tasted the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Desserts: With the Chocolate Cake and the Chocolate Tasting Plate they had the Ricord Merlot. This Wine Magic Event was complete.
- Wine Magic Event Continues: As the evening goes on and all courses have been completed the Tasting of Fine Wine continues as they go back and taste the savory Wine again and again going from the light wines to the dark wines and tasting the special foods that go with each one. The heavier foods are paired with the light wines while the Desserts and Charcuterie Board Foods are paired with the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, and Cabernet.
